When you place an order with us, you agree with the terms that it may take up to 7 business days to receive an order within the UK, and up to 14 business days outside the UK. We allow returns, and a full refund up to 7 days after the customer receives their order. We also offer exchanges, if the customer returns the product we can exchange it and send out another order without a postage charge.  By ordering the customer also acknowledges that they take full responsibility of their order 7 days after delivery.
